Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”) accessing the website, vetter.ai (herein referred to as “Website” or “Site”), decentralized applications aka dApps at vetterplatform.app (herein referred to as “dApps” or “Vetter Platform”) and the Services provided by Vetter Ecosystem (herein referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Vetter”). These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Vetter and its Affiliate and subsidiaries worldwide and you, an end user of the Services (herein referred to as “You” or “User”) in relation to the Services. You and Vetter are referred to separately as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Vetter Platform. By using the website or Vetter Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and/or dApp and you must discontinue use immediately.

Changes to Terms

Terms may from time to time by revised and updated at Vetter’s discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or dApps following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the changes. You should check this page frequently so that you are aware of any changes.

Restrictions

“Prohibited jurisdictions for participation and use” specifically refer to the United States of America (including its territories, and dependencies, and any state of the United States), Albania, Barbados, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Haiti, Iran, Jamaica, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Uganda, Yemen, Zimbabwe and any other territory, country, union or jurisdiction which laws, rules or regulations prohibit use.

Vetter Platform is NOT recommending you invest into a cryptocurrency. User understand that is their decision and that if they want advice should seek a financial advisor.

Trading cryptocurrency is RISKY. User understands that Vetter Platform is a community that helps you to research projects but it does not eliminate the risks of trading.

We are not liable for any losses as a result of participation in projects or use of any part of our site or dApp. Projects are not vetted by a team. Users participate at your own risk.

Compliance and Tax Obligations

The dApp may not be available or appropriate for use in your jurisdiction. By accessing or using the dApp, you agree that you are solely and entirely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that may apply to you. Specifically, your use of the dApp may result in various tax consequences, such as income or capital gains tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or sales tax in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether taxes apply to any transactions you initiate or receive and, if so, to report and/or remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority.

Use License

Vetter owns all intellectual property and other rights in the interface and its contents, including (but not limited to) software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents and designs. Terms permit you to use the Website and/or dApp for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Infringe upon Vetter’s copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property

Access

Vetter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website or dApp, and any service or material we provide on the Website or dApp, in our sole discretion without notice. We do not guarantee that our Website and dApp or any content on it, will always be available or not be interrupted. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Websites or dApp is unavailable at any time or any period. Occasionally we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire Website and/or dApp to users.

You are responsible for ensuring that all users who access the Websites or dApp through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.

Limitations on Liability

In no event shall Vetter or its subcontractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, contractors, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website or dApp, even if Vetter or an authorized Vetter representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you, but will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law which may include fraud.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vetter, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or dApp, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website’s content, the dApps, or any other service or product, other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Vetter of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Vetter to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

See when the scouts you follow are getting into a launch before it happens, or what they’ve added to their watch list or just sold.

Search for projects with the highest probability of performing in the timelines you prefer (short-term, middle-term or long-term).

Follow a high-performing scout and mirror their trades. At Tier 3 you can test the feature by following one scout, while at Tier 4 you can follow an unlimited number. See when the scouts you follow are getting into a launch before it happens, or what they’ve added to their watch list or just sold.

Get notifications on a limited number of projects you follow when changes are made to the launch date, or other important new details are shared on the project.

Organise and track upcoming projects you’ve been watching, or plan to get into, or that you already purchased tokens in.

Get compensated for posting newly launching projects to CrowdX. The better the projects you post perform, the greater your compensation. If you’re at Tier 3+ check your profile area for current compensation amounts. Or, request this information in the Telegram group.

Get an at-a-glance view of all the hottest projects being watched or favourited by the community to know which projects are garnering the most attention.

See the colour-coded ranking of each scout who posts a project to the calendar to know their overall historic track-record on the success or failure of their previously posted projects.

In Q3 on the CrowdX roadmap you’ll see reference to Vetter University upgrades. When complete the University courses will be divided into: Orientation, 101, 201 and Developer segments.

After a scout posts an upcoming project to the CrowdX calendar, trained “Vetters” can conduct more research and share their findings before the project launches.

Know which projects were posted by ranked scouts vs. unranked scouts, and see project details shared by the scout so you can research or participate in launches.

See the number of projects launching by date across 16+ different chains. Refine your search based on the chain it’s launching from, or by the type of blockchain project and many other search parameters.

In Q3 on the CrowdX roadmap you’ll see reference to Vetter University upgrades. When complete this Orientation will walk users through the new campus and courses.

Get notifications about important community events or topics specific to your Vetter account.

Anyone can post launching projects as an unranked scout; however you must be at least Tier 3 to post as a ranked scout and receive compensation.

See community reported gains as well as audited gains produced from projects posted on the Vetter CrowdX dApp.

Address Copied

Vetter is not currently designed for wallet-to-wallet transfers. You will get taxed and lose Vetter if you send Vetter from one wallet to another.

This wallet-to-wallet transfer tax will permanently be removed soon.

After the launch of VSL token, all buy/sell taxes for Vetter will be removed, which means the wallet-to-wallet transfer tax will also be removed. This is to make way for CEX listings.
